Greenfield AWS, Azure, or GCP designs. Lift-and-shift migrations from on-prem or another cloud. Multi-account strategies, VPC and Transit Gateway topologies, and cost-aware right-sizing.

Kubernetes platforms

Cluster design, GitOps with ArgoCD or Backstage, Helm and Kustomize patterns, and an observability stack with Prometheus and Grafana. Production-grade from day one, not a demo.

Infrastructure as code

Terraform modules that work across environments, Ansible and Packer for image baking, and Liquibase for database schema management. Reviewable, reusable, and friendly to your CI/CD.

Developer platforms

Backstage from scratch with opinionated golden paths and a service catalog engineers actually use. I led the ArgoCD-to-Backstage migration at Divisions Maintenance Group.

CI/CD modernization

Jenkins, Bazel for monorepo builds, ArgoCD for delivery, CircleCI for app pipelines. Cuts cycle times from hours to minutes and removes the configuration drift across environments.

Engagement

How I engage

Most cloud engagements start with a 1-week architecture review or a 2–3 week proof-of-concept. From there we either continue as a multi-month build engagement or step back to retainer-style advisory while your team executes. I work from India on US/EU business hours, default-async with twice-weekly syncs.
